Naomi and Patrick's Autumn Wedding

Naomi is a very dear friend of mine. We met in grade 7 which means we have been friends for more years that I am willing to admit. We actually got married within one week of each other! It was so wonderful to have a best friend going through the wedding planning process at the same time. If only everyone would be so lucky.

I was thrilled to play a role in helping to make her day a beautiful one. We made her bouquet, florals for signage, ceremony florals and little arrangements for the card and sweet table. We kept the colours warm and romantic with deep burgundy and blush pink. Naomi made the most stunning bride. Take a look at these beautiful images, captured by Street Car Design Co. Vanessa's Bridal Shower

Sophisticated, beautiful and stylish - these are all words that describe the stunning bride-to-be, Vanessa. So when she first contacted me to create the florals for her special day, I knew the flowers had to also fit the same vibe.

Vanessa is one of those clients that wedding vendors dream of. She has great style herself, and she has so much appreciation for other people’s crafts. We had such a wonderful time collaborating to dream up her perfect day. She knew she wanted the florals to be simple and clean, while incorporating her favourite combination of classic whites with greenery. We continued this trend throughout the entire room at Holland Marsh Wineries, adding little touches of blooms and greenery on the head table, the seating chart, adorning the welcome table and on top of wine barrels. Is it just me or is there something so romantic and dreamy about flickering candles and flowers on top of wine barrels?

Take a look into her special day surrounded by the most important women in her life. The photos below were all captured by the talented Emliy Suzanne Harris.
